I believe that Consciousness Creates Reality. Thus, I’m certain that we have the power to make our lives into whatever we believe we can. And that begins with self-awareness.

Nobody lives in a bubble. You should have some awareness of the people, places, and things around you. This applies to both the direct and indirect. But what about knowing who, what, where, how, and why YOU are?
The key to being yourself is self-awareness.

Who are you?
Who you are can vary depending on the time of day, the company you’re keeping, your mood, and numerous other factors.
The short answer is that you are you. No matter what happens, the only one in your head, heart, and soul is you.
Being yourself means being true to yourself. Being yourself is not a license to be a dick. Practice kindness, compassion, and empathy.
