This week’s guest is Leila Hurstel. She is an innovator and tech founder. Co-founder of AllStarsWomen NFT Club and DAO. Shareholder of Verse Estate, and a member of women's tech network.
Leila recently turned 20 but is thoroughly immersed in Web3 and the Metaverse. She got started by growing up surrounded by founders and entrepreneurs and decided to learn about Blockchain and the technology of Web3.
Leila talks about community building, connections, and having a collaborative approach. She also advises to be collaborative and share resources with each other – but it’s okay to sometimes say “no”, too.
Leila goes on to offer an in-depth explanation of just what a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) is and its plusses and minuses. She also talks about future plans for her DAO and more.
